We (Gabrielle Marges and Ysabel Andreo) met in Puerto Rico in 2016 to take a course in the lineage of Ann Wigmore at the Living Food Institute that bears her name. Between classes, on the beach by the ocean, dodging falling palm leaves, we philosophised about life about our personal and professional goals and about the future of health professions in general and we really connected! We are both focused on the autonomy of our clients. To this end, we have created a three-day course to introduce you to the basics of a healthy lifestyle.
